Someone at Cinnabon had the brilliant idea to ship bons straight to customer's doors. Helping launch their website was almost as fun as getting surprise bons sent to me!
The site's tonality was an extension of what I have learned from working on Cinnabon's social media (and from taking a few trips to grab a bon for myself). As opposed to social media, the copy needs were much more technical due to way-finding and explaining the shipping process. Still, I found a way to toss some fun into it, and even get quoted on Bustle.
