With people staying home during the COVID-19 pandemic, the essential donors that Vitalant relies on weren't able to get out and give. We were tasked with helping combat the blood shortage by encouraging people to get out (safely) and help save lives. We were informed by statistics that show that potential donors are motivated by feeling like their individual contribution makes a difference.

Later, we were tasked with asking COVID-19 survivors to donate convalescent plasma which was being researched as something that could be used to treat current COVID patients.
